Happy 4th of July weekend! Hope everyone enjoys drinking inside instead of frolicking on the beaches and watching fireworks! Hope all you triathletes enjoy long rides on the trainer and running in the rain! Actually, sounds just like IMLP weather last year! YAY!
I know I complain when it's hazy, hot and humid, but I NEED that weather to train in to prepare me for Cozumel! Should have picked IMLP again. Damn it.
Anyway, the good news is that my mole came back as non melanoma. WOOHOO!! Slightly bad news is that it is abnormal - I am told there is architectural disorder and needs to be removed. BOO! Will take a stitch or two after the removal, so I'm having it done Monday the 13th after I get back from NJ (triathlon and baptism). Coach PP - maybe I can sit on an inflatable donut/pillow on my bike that night?
Anyway, have a great long weekend everyone - dust off Trivial Pursuit and Twister - it's gonna be a doozy!

I bet you're having rain for the same reason we're living in hell. A high pressure system has been baking us for weeks and forcing anything resembling "weather" off to other places--i.e., BOSNYWASH.
Over 100 today, humid, ozone. Yay us.
I totally forgot it was on your arse!!! OK, yes, a donut OR get a little pad for your feet that has a hole in the middle, cover your spot with a band aid and then try that over the top.
